In the field of vocational education and training (VET), Evolution Consulting’s Training department focuses particularly on information and communication technologies (ICT), foreign languages, employability and work-based learning. These areas are crucial for developing professional skills and preparing individuals to respond effectively to the changing needs of the labour market.
Evolution Consulting is also committed to raising awareness of the importance of cultural heritage. Espace Esprit LEADER
Espace Esprit Leader (EEL) is a French association specialising in training and consultancy, active at both national and international level. It offers a range of services to the public and private sectors in France and participates actively in international programmes thanks to a solid network of foreign partners. EEL is committed to the European Skills Pact and offers both online courses and in-house training.
With 20 educators and around 400 learners a year, EEL offers support to educational centres, public bodies, social enterprises and NGOs.
The organisation excels in developing educational platforms and has solid experience in managing EU-funded projects, both as coordinator and partner. EEL’s training programmes cover a range of areas, including courses for adults in foreign languages, ICT, cooking and personal development, VET courses in ICT and foreign languages, and training for educators, covering subjects such as foreign languages, robotics and internet safety. EEL is recognised for its innovative approach and commitment to educational excellence.
